OP here.......
guys, I have no details! I just wrote about what I saw. that's all I saw.......a kid hitting a kid and then the mother slapping and screaming at the kid who hit. I have no other details. maybe they went to school together and have issues with each other.....maybe it's not the first time they've fought.......I have no idea. this is just what I saw. the kid randomly, out of nowhere, went up to this child and started hitting him. from what I saw, the kid was not mentally or physically disabled. he just seemed like a bully who wanted to cause trouble. sorry you guys are baffled, but I have no other info. this is just what I saw.
