I'm looking for a vegetable kebab recipe, something that I can do in my oven and that's more than oil, salt and pepper...
It's a side dish for chanukah party, or maybe a different elegant vegetable side-dish

Olive oil, lemon juice, shwarma spice (pereg has a really tasty one), salt, pepper, and garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic).
Allow veggies (yellow peppers, red peppers, onion - red and/or white, grape/cherry tomatoes, eggplant, etc.) to sit in the marinate for at least a half hour.
