I baked flounder with a lot of sauce. I ate the fish but there is still tons of sauce leftover. Can I put more fish into the old sauce and bake it for tomorrows lunch? Or do I need to throw away the old sauce and start again?

I am asking healthwise, not kashrus

I'm thinking it can be done ... tried something similar twice & it seemed fine enough taste-wise ...

unless you left it rotting out of the fridge there would be nothing wrong health-wise
