Yes, they seem to be very much the trend now.
Amother, not the chasidish turbans. - it's a headwrap (usually knitted) and the top is knotted like a chasidish turban. Women and girls wear it over their hair or their sheitel, gypsy style.

Funny how things come back in style. I remember those turban type headwraps from years ago when I was a little girl. I wonder what other type of accessories we will be seeing a lot of soon.

The kind that is like a short snood, or the wrap around kind? Tichels are gaining popularity in their various types of wrapping, and can be made of many materials. I actually own a turban that is wrapped around from judithdeparis.com

Are turbans (the snood type) in also? I thought it was just turban style head wraps.

I am not the person to really ask about trends
I do like the look of a neat tucked in look like the kaly on judithdeparis.com which may be what you are talking about.
I have not seen the turban with a knot in front, but they may be in because I see turbands are popping up on headcovering sites which is like a headband with the knotted turban look. I personally don't care for that.

Ok, I just read the posts above my first one. I took a long time to submit it and missed them -- those are turbands. They are in, apparently.

That's not what I've been seeing. It's similar just without the top part. Like just the band that is around her ears but you'd still see her hair on top. Did I explain that well?

So basically you are talking about a snood but only the front/headband part?

they're worn like this and they're usually knit and worn over the ears as earmuffs |
Right. I see them worn this way, not the way myheadcoverings picture shows.

We have been experiencing a lot more sales the last months in headscarves in our ETSY store: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TaharaAccessories
So, hopefully women are moving towards turbans more and more now in the US, since so far Israel has been way ahead.
