it's on a pizza shop on Kings Highway.
Also I saw a bakery that had this hechsher, as well as one that I know of...

It is the Association for Reliable Kashrut. Yes Chap a Nosh uses them as well as other establishments in Midwood. I believe that they are very reliable.
