I am going to post my own answer along the lines of chocolate moose. A website I just discovered: www.tdf.org has all the info on cheap theatre tickets for anyone interested. Thanks chocolate moose. (At this point in time, I don't think discounted tickets to Mary Poppins exist.)

The show is too new. I don't think there are any yet, as the new shows usually sell out.
