Or something like that. Anyone recognize the song? I am thinking the Zir Chemed version of Annie or Oliver. Or maybe one of my daughters' high school plays.
And while we're at it, is it taken from another (secular) song? If so, please link!

The song "(there can be miracles when you) believe" is from the prince of Egypt and is sung by Mariah Carey. I never heard of zir chemed, so I don't know what their version is or what it's based on

I definitely prefer the version from the film itself:
Michelle Pfeiffer plays Tzipporah (sang for her too) and Sandra Bullock was Miriam (though someone else sang).
I love the children's choir on "Ashira", though even as a kid when I saw it for the first time, I laughed at the way they pulled a few words (lovely as they may be) out of context "Ashira LaHashem Ki Ga'oh Ga'ah", then skipping the very next words "Sus V'Rochvo Rama BaYam". A bit too early for Shiras HaYam. It was an early lesson in artistic license.
