Hi, we are planning to go to Israel in the Summer as my first cousin will be getting married.
We would like to saty in Netanya and was wondering if you would know a cheap and cheerful hotel
The other poss is to stay in Tel Aviv but I ma not quite sure as dh might not like the non -tznius area.
Any ideas

Hmmm... not sure Netanya will be any better as far as tzniyus goes. Unless you stay at the Galei Sanz which I don't think is cheap and cheerful.
Did you think of Yerushalayim?

Do you need to stay in a kosher/mehadrin hotel?

If you cannot find a cheap and cheerful hotel - maybe consider renting a vaction appartment in Netanya. just make sure you find one with air condioning.
Be warned August is HOT ! Netanya is on the coast and is VERY humid.
The separate beach is small and in women's swimming times (half day every day) it is very crowded ben hazmanim. LOTS of haredi ladies and kids in robes in the water.
