I need to install a Shabbos lock and deadbolt. Who can tell me a reliable locksmith, and approximately how much it will cost?

For a licensed locksmith you can call Arrow Locksmith. they will do an excellent job but will be on the more expensive side because they are licensed. There are general handyman who are not licensed who will do it for less.
