so we met with the lawyer and he is going to look over the
papers we gave him and speak to someone
and let us know if there is any case.
but if he takes the case he charges between 7.5 to 15 thousand
dollars. I don't have the money to pay 
I just don't know what to do anymore

If I'm understanding you correctly, the lawyer is charging more money than the school is. So what are you gaining?
Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

yes he is charging more but if he wins he will probably
get funding for a few years of schooling I hope

well the lawyer said he can't help us
school is starting this week
and I just don't have the money to send him
am trying to get some sort of tuition break
but that won't be enough
he already spent the year at home
he lost out on a whole year
I can't keep him home again this year.
