We sell ours.
My DH says it's Bal Tashchis. Our bottles are practically full as they are used only on special occasions.

We just drink it all. 
Actually we don't have much. DH has some beer in the garage, but I don't buy any more after Purim. I think we have one bottle of rum and I cook with that. We finished the vodka over Shabbos.
