I’m avoiding the thought of cleaning… How about you.

So far I have 2 out of 3 bedrooms done, and 2 bathrooms done. My cleaning lady is sort of starting the dining room. I’m leaving my bedroom for last, after dh unpacks his junk on his own. It’s quite comfy to hide here, away from the worries.

How about you?

I have to do the fridge/freezer & oven & counters. Then my living room/dining room & DH needs to do his office. Plus, my guest room needs finishing up. Then there's little things like the computer keyboard, carriage.

carpet cleaners came today, hence the entire top floor is done, including the bathroom.. which will need some brushing up on monday

whats left:

fridge
oven
bring all drainers down, along with glass cansiters and spices
cover counters with linoleum (bad spelling there)
kasher oven and sink
downstairs office

all this will be mostly done by husband. I will empty out the fridge and condense stuff.then, I come in and unpack all my serving stuff and cooking dishes and place them in the kitchen according to most used.

then I have cooking
kids baths and husband, son haircut sometime sunday night, early monday morning if not before

I was at my mother in laws the other day, and she asked my husband why we just dont get away for pesach. he answered her........ why should I? what do I get out of it. I sat there fuming. everything has to relate back to what HE gets out of it. I was going to raise the roof, and say peopll go away to avoid the yom tov craziness and enjoy each others company, but I didnt want to embaress him in front of his mother.
next time im not going to be so nice.
