so for all of you who can understand and even those of you who can't - I had to fight cityhall to get my water turned back on: the things we take for granted water. If only I could separate the salt I cried a mabul.

that's a health issue - it's again thte law to turn off water.

NO ... it is not!!! that is only if you are a landlord and tenant didn't pay rent and you turn it off ... but for the city ... hey they don't care they just want their $$$$
