Why not? get insulated boxes and you can add some ice packs but if the food is frozen it's not that necessary.

We have done it from Long Island to Montreal. The food was still frozen when we arrived. If the food is packed properly, it's ok

I need to find someone who would be so kind to "transport the frozen food. It's not how to do it .

Sorry, I cant help but maybe the Heiman's bus is an Idea However you would need to find someone that will take responsibility for it. Then have someone pick it up from the bus. Heiman's will not let you put a package on without an 'owner' AFAIK.
