Anyone have an exact recipe for the cabbage, craisins and chow mein noodle s recipe?

for one head of cabbage, I put in one bunch of scallions and a few handfuls of craisins. I dress it with:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cups oil (or a bit less)
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp of pepper
I sprinkle on top the chow main noodles right before serving so they don't get soggy

I use the same recipe but I add some scallions - gives it nice color.
my mother doesnt like vinegar so in her house it gets substituted fr lemon juice, and it tastes jsut as nice.
