I have a wedding to go to & bought a sleeveless gown.it was cheap so I got 2 -1 for fixing.now im looking for some one really good to do the alteratons.can you please tell me who can do it for me?I need someone to cut a dress and make it to sleeves ina very professional way.

I use Tzipora on 54 b/w 13 and 14. Dom't have her number but if you pm me I'll get it for you tm.

not yelena!she is in a private house some where in the 50's.
