I've made the homemade mac'n'cheese a few times, but my kids are addicted to Wacky Mac. I tried adding some Barilla Plus noodles to make it a tiny bit healthier, but dd#2 is on to me and can instantly sniff out anything that didn't come from the Wacky Mac box. I start stocking up on the stuff just before Purim, since they stop stocking it as it gets closer to Pesach.
Dh's parents are Israeli, so he didn't grow up on boxed mac'n'cheese like I did. He says the smell makes him want to puke. OTOH, he thinks it's great when I cook things like curried spinach. Go figure.

If I happen to be in dd school when they are making cheesy lunch ... I want to puke too!!! But I'll probably have same reaction the to spinach ...

Ok, I just had to add:
I LOVE MACARONI AND CHEESE!!!! IF ITS GOOD AND CREAMY I COULD LIVE OFF OF IT!!!! I GET MAC AND CHEESE FOR MYSELF AS A TREAT!!!!!
