3 eggs
120 grams (4.3 oz) white chocolate
120 grams (4.3 oz) cream cheese

Separate eggs, melt chocolate & mix w cheese & yolks. Add stiffly beaten whites in 1/3's.
Bake at 338F (170C) for 15 minutes
then at 320F (170) for 15 minutes, then turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 15 more minutes.

She also has a chocolate souffle using only 2 ingredients:
3 eggs
3 bars of chocolate (5.8 oz or 165 grams)
Bake at 170C (338F) for 30-40 minutes,

In both cases she recommends that you put a greased parchment paper around the inside of the pan (standing up like a collar.)

I had this cake (never homemade) before I was frum when I was in Japan (I was there a while). I had it often, it's common. It's delicious, just keep in mind that Japanese sweets are not nearly as sweet as American tastes (and probably Israeli tastes). So the cake probably isn't as sweet as many are used to (which is why I like it and would probably love it). If you make it, send some my way, as I don't have a dairy oven.
