Yes, for sure people with yichus are worlds apart from BTs who raise their kids frum...The FFBs with yichus are I'm sure alot different than FFB's without...but the ones without it are still, literally, frum from birth...

One FFB girl, a daughter of shluchim actually, got married to BT after divorcing her FFB husband. She had to go through divorce to understand that BT at times are better shidduch material. I know another shliach whose daughter married a very serious BT. Another BT girl I know married a divorced FFB lubavitcher. There are 2 more cases from my time in machon chana where BT girls got married to a son of the Shliach in one case and a bochur on shlichus in another case. But all these are unusual cases where ppl met not through the system.
