From Chayie Lax's Facebook group: (I made them and they were really good)
Doughless Potato Knishes 5 Potatoes
1 1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 onions
1 egg for egg wash
sesame seeds
Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash
Chop and saute onions
add all the ingredients to mashed potatoes
put mixture into sprayed muffin tins
top with egg wash and sesame seeds
bake uncovered for 30 minutes

8 potatoes
4 onions
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
1 T salt
Pepper
Sautee the onions. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Mash and add the rest of the ingredients.
Bake in a greased 9x13 at 375 for hour, or muffin tins.
