there is a saying that I don't remember in its entirety, about why you eat fish on shabbat. does anybody remember it? It goes something like this:

ochlim dag b'dag ___________________ b'dag.

Can you translate the part I'm missing?

The one who eats fish on the day of ______ is saved from worry.

One who eats fish דג on the day of דג (gematria = 4+3=7= Shabbos) is saved from דג = דינת גיהינום
the judgement of Gehinom

BTW, you need to eat fish at all three Shabbos meals.
