I once heard about a woman living in Ramat Beit Shemesh or who knows a lot about RBS that works for/with nefesh b'nefesh and is a very good contact person for people looking to make aliyah, specifically to RBS. Does anyone know who she is or how to contact her?

You might mean Tami Elmaliach, though I don't think she works for Nefesh B'Nefesh. And she doesn't live in Beit Shemesh.
