Looking for a soup that is yellow, and yummy. Corn chowder or yellow split spea maybe? I need to make enough to fill 30, pint sized mason jars.
Ideas/recipes please??? Thanks

I love the yellow split pea soup from kbd entertains. It's a meat-barley-split pea soup, so not sunshine yellow.

cream of butternut squash can take on a vibrant yellow color, depending on the squash. Maybe add turmeric to deepen the color.

My favorite all time soup, as well. I make it without the barley, so mine comes out a bit more bright yellow. If someone sent me that in a M"M I'd be THRILLED.
Butternut squash soup or golden beet soup would be welcome too.
For that matter, cream of chicken soup can be yellow.........

I don't have a recipe but I had a corn potato soup once that was yellow and really good. You can probably make just plain corn/cream of corn to make it even more yellow.
