Looking for ideas for a date on a weeknight in either NJ or NY? But prefer NJ.

Is dinner an option, because that's definitely the easiest. Otherwise, for activites, once it warms up a little more you could walk by the beach (or go to dinner in Deal and then walk by the beach), or go ice skating or make your own pottery.
