What ideas do you have for getting out of your comfort zone? Nothing crazy! Normal activities for frum women like:
take an art course
take any course that you wouldn't think of taking
agree or offer to do public speaking/give a shiur
What else? Come on ladies! Give us your ideas!

I don't think it's about being busy, but about growth ("getting out of your comfort zone").
A teacher once said we are like a bird, either going up or coming down (there's a limit to how long birds glide).
amother - do you think status quo religiously is a good idea?
