I just went to go put my baby's sheet and blanket in the wash and I found it covered in ants. I had my husband spray the room with raid but this is grossing me out. I have no clue how long this was going on. I feel like a horrible mother. I am not the greatest at cleaning. I should do it more often.

sprinkle around the room with cloves

alternatively spray with vinegar

you do not need toxic chemicals near the baby

Sprinkle diatomaceous earth at the cracks where they're coming in from.

If you can find where they are getting in from draw a line of chalk just outside. For some reason they can't walk across the chalk and divert elsewhere

With bait, the ants eat some and take the poison back to their colony. The spray is short term.
