The dream place has: Guaranteed cool weather (mountains?). Good WiFi (daughter has papers due). Nature at the front door (I.e., not a big hotel): grass, a forest, a lake. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A kosher kitchen, kosher meals supplied by the place or kosher restaurants close by (I don't want to spend all my time cooking).
I know, I know - I can't have it all!
Please post suggestions! Thanks!

Everything sounds doable but kosher restaurants/meals will limit you a lot. You'd basically have to stick to the Catskills for that. Would you be open to bringing along a microewave/toaster oven and some ready-made meals?

The programs that advertise in Vermont are probably your best bet, though confirm about Wifi. Up until the need for kosher food supplied, I was going to say New Hampshire. Bethlehem there may still have food options, but I'm not sure. You could also rent a unit in Hunter/Tannersville area.

How about the hamptons? They have charming hotels with rooms right on the beach and I'm pretty sure there's a Jewish community with kosher resteraunts.

When we looked into the Hamptons, every place we found was an absolute fortune, and beachfront, forget about it! And if you want to be there for Shabbos and walking distance to the shul, outrageous! I'm also not sure about kosher restaurants there. If you know of a place there that's reasonably priced that you would recommend, please post it.

Also, hooray for me for post #2500!!

I've always wanted to go to Onset, MA. It sounds beautiful.
There are some food options, but limited:

I've always wondered how beaches are possible in the summer.

Onset is definitely amazing, and it's relatively easy to find deserted beaches nearby and across the Cape. But OP wanted kosher restaurants, and the nearest option there would be in Boston, which is at least an hour away.

New Hampshire or Vermont sound like good options.

Lake George has everything except the restaurants. I think the supermarket had a good kosher section and you could probably take a portable grill. We rented a house a few summers ago and it was great!
