So many recipes I see call for quark cheese. I live oot and can't find it anywhere. What can I use as a substitute?

Depends on the recipe, but probably farmers cheese or even cottage cheese would be fine.

It’s this soft white cheese in a blue and white container, tnuva makes it. Similar texture to sour cream

just make sure to put it in food processor or blender to make it smooth. quark's texture is not grainy.
