So my oven is on the fritz and knowing my mazel it will be completely dead by friday. I need back up recipes if I need to prepare everything in crock pots. (All fleishig). I bought a huge corned beef and a ton of dark meat chicken (on the bone) so I'd like to use that. Would like to incorporate starch (guessing potatoes will work best) and veggies if possible - or they can go separate into another crock pot. Also, I bought 3 huge salmon fillets. What can I do with those without an oven? Sushi? (kidding) HELP!
