1 box chocolate cake mix
1 box chocolate pudding
1 pint sour cream (Tofutti or mayonnaise)
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/3 cup Kahlua (use Kosher subs)
6 oz (1 cup) choc chips

Mix ingredients and bake in 9 by 13 or Bundt pan which has been sprayed or greased and floured (you can use cocoa for flour).

Bake about 45 minutes at 350. Serve with sprinkled powd. sugar or a drizzle of Kahlua and a dollop of whipped cream.

This cake will improve as it lasts, at least 2 weeks.
