If anyone has a recipe for gf honey cookies (preferred) or honey cake, my daughter will be your best friend!! Bonus if the recipe does not have eggs, but either way is ok.

Any recipe substituted with a good gf flour will work. I personally had success with Authentic Foods Multi Blend flour.
