He's on the wild side. He has plenty of friends. But I see them starting to get annoyed by his behavior. He will randomly hurt them while he's playing. He's not being mean he just loses his boundaries and says he hurt them by mistake. I don't see this ending very well. I feel like he will lose all his friends.he does it to his sisters also. I'm losing my mind. How do I help him end this? Will he need a professional? He always knows what he did wrong and he tries bribing them after because he feels bad and doesn't know what to do with himself. But it keeps happening. I would love to know if anyone can direct me in order to help him. He's still young he can change.

I would suspect a sensory-seeking issue. I also dismissed my child's behavior as being wild until someone pointed it out to me and dc is now in therapy to help regulate the behaviour.

I assume he has sensory issues that can be helped by an OT.
