I am looking for someone who would be able to translate my book into Yiddish and Ivrit.
Anyone have any suggestions how to go about finding someone ?

I speak and write in Lithuanian Yiddish which is the written Yiddish. I also speak and write in Hebrew. But Yiddish is my speciality. I write newsletters weekly and read Yiddish more often than English.

Is it a kids book? I could probably do it! I wouldn't say for an adults book I have a high enough level of ivrit to make it professional but a kids book I could do...

Yes, do that, and ask potential translators to translate a sample so you can choose accordingly.
Another option is to ask your publisher for recommendations.

My father in law is a translator from Hebrew /Yiddish to English. I could ask him if he could do the opposite.
