I made challah dough Tuesday night and forgot about it until just now. Can I braid and bake it tonight? It's water challah (no eggs) if that makes any difference.

Should be fine. You may need to keep a closer eye on it during the second rising which may be faster (since it's had such a long first rise) or slower (since the dough is so cold).

Does it smell yeasty?
If not I would use it I have done it with pizza dough.
