I want to buy new hangers. I can't decide if I should do metal or wood.
Also, what drawer dividers/containers do you have?

For hangers I recommend getting the thin velvet hangers. My mom got me some and it really saves a lot of space. I can fit a lot more clothes using these. Plus they don't stretch out my shirt tops like other hangers. Here's an a example of what I am talking about.

As to storage, I like the ELFA storage sold by the Container Store. It's $$$ but very good quality and the store is having its annual sale right now.

I buy the thin velvet hangers, they come in diferent colors, I have them in black they are great you can save space and clothes dont slip.
Dividers I bought in ikea the fabric ones or you can buy plastic square containers and used them as dividers

Hangers - velvet. I got a pack of about a zillion at Costco, not expensive. They are also in all the discount stores now. They are much slimmer than wood but they don't poke corners in your shoulders like metal.
Drawer dividers - containers from Dollar Tree.
For spaces that didn't work with my random generic containers, I took my latest Amazon boxes and cut them down to size. More of a pain and not as pretty-looking, but you can't beat the customization!
