Do these types of diapers/pull ups really help the child feel wet? Do they increase the chances of diaper rashes?

Just thought I'd ask if they were useful to anyone before buying them.

Thnaks!

I tried this thinking it would help ds know that he was wet cause he never seemed to care.

The only difference I found with these "we get cold when wet pull-ups" was that they saturated faster...and he still didn't care.

My opinion--not worh the $

wet training underwear works better. its thicker than regular so everything is not so wet. pull ups acted like a diaper and it didn't bother ds at all
