Wow this is a lifesaver
We just discovered son is allergic (?) to milk and soy which was what caused him to be unbearably picky - I'm freaking out a bit about Pesach but this has given me great ideas!! BH because he is not allergic to nuts we have wider options... gonna try
- shnitzel
- fries (if I can make them, don't know if I'll have the time or strength)
- almond flour or potato starch pancakes (anyone have a good recipe?)
anyone have a recipe for homemade almond or cashew yogurt? He cried for hours for yogurts and survived on them last pesach...
he usually eats chicken 1x a week, eggs a bite or two a week, and has been surviving on bread. Fun times

Sorry for the delay, I was super busy yesterday.
Here's the sweet potato cookie recipe:
2/3 cup Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Sugar
5 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 cup Pureed Sweet Potato (about 1/2 sweet potato)
1 cup + 2 Tablespoon Potato Starch
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Mix dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and then add the sweet potato.
Take 3 Tablespoons of sugar mix with 1 1/2 teaspoon, cinnamon-set aside.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle some of the cinnamon mixture on the sheet. Drop the batter by the spoonful and sprinkle the remainder of the sugar mix on the top cookies.
Bake 12 minutes @ 375
