I've found some general guidelines but still can't figure out if some specific stuff is allowed or not with varicose veins.
Is spinning ok? What about interval training, with not too heavy weights? Step aerobics, barre, planks etc?
I need some options other than swimming and walking.

I don't know what excersizes not to do, but just want to mention that yoga actually helped to improve my vericose veins tremendously.

I read that things like sit-ups and crunches aren't good.
Which yoga exercises/poses helped you, and what difference did you notice? Less prominent veins or less tiredness or heaviness?
