cheese blintzes with berry sauce
thinned out pancake/crepes filled with farmer's cheese mixed with cinnamon, sugar, an egg & vanilla - in other mall pot I cook up cut berries - whatever is available & inexpensive [no water but a little sugar & sometimes a spoon of cornstarch to thicken]

morrocan salmon [or vegan style] just use chickpeas over rice

cheesecake
an already whipped cream cheese
small pkg farmer's cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps vanilla
juice of half a lemon or lime
mix - place in graham cracker crust & bake for 45-50 minutes at 350°
so many variations can be made on this cheesecake ... you can buy a larger pie crust [keebler makes one] & after the previous is baked for 30 minutes mix 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt a little vanilla tiny extra squeeze of lemon ... then bake an additional 15 minutes
you can take a round 9" pan & put a thin layer of cookie dough or brownie mix & par bake for about 15 minutes before adding cheese batter & continue baking
all sorts of fruit or chocolate can be put atop to serve
you can take a couple of spoons of batter add some cocoa & milk [makes it smoother] to marbleize

I'm only making milchig and here it goes (please ask if you want a recipe!):
Tuesday night
-Onion soup
-Home made croutons
-Twice baked sweet potato
-Salmon
-Sweet blintzes
Wednesday lunch
-Mini onions tarts
- Big salad (don't know which one yet...)
- Spinach blintzes
-Cheesecake
Wednesday night
- Lettuce salad
- Potato gratin
- Oven baked bass
- Individual apple crumbles
Thursday lunch
- Sushi salad
- Zucchini and goat cheese quiche
- Brownie and ice cream
And add to that salads and dips and fresh fruits for dessert.

How do you do waffles on Shavuot? Sounds so fun! Do you leave your waffle iron on the whole time?

I'd put it on a timer.
(I'm doing that with a small electric burner so we can have fresh blintzes for our morning kiddush.)

no I would NOT leave on a waffle iron - aside from a fire hazard - it would take too long to make such a big mess on yom tov ... I would make them beforehand ... freeze them ... then warm them up in a pan or in the oven

I agree. And if you want it fresh use a stovetop griddle/iron.
