This week I'm cooking (my DDs and I cooperate most shabbos) and the girls requested soul food. We're having smothered chicken with greens, tomato salad and sourdough corn challah.

And we're having cold fried chicken and sweet potato pie and potato salad for Sat Brunch. (There is more coming but I don't have the master menu for tomorrow.)
