For a crowd, this is super easy and pretty.
Buy two pints of sorbet in different flavors, making sure to use contrasting colors (like mango and strawberry). Buy a box of sandwich ice creams. Defrost everything slightly, then later in a 9x13 with the ice cream between the two sorbets. Looks pretty and tastes great.

Mix together a pint of tufutti vanilla icecream half cup peanut butter, half cup cookie crumbs and half cup rice crispies. Pour mixture into graham crust. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top. Freeze enjoy. Ive made this for simchos and got tons of compliments. Its almost embarassing to give over the recipe.

PB Rice Krispie Bars

1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
5 cups rice krispies
Chocolate chips (optional)

Melt first 3 ingredients on the stovetop, stirring frequently. Turn of flame, add rice krispies and stir well. Spread into a 9x13 pan and sprinkle chocolate chips (if using). Bake in the oven for a few min until chocolate chips are melted. Spread the choc chips to form an even layer. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

I LOVE this recipe, but my son is allergic to peanuts so I would love to find a substitute I can use.

Hi, I just has these, there great.I have a child w/ allergies too. Maybe just sub toasted crunchy almond butter? Or Costco/Kirkland has a creamy almond butter, most economical. Or if tree nuts a problem, then "sunbutter"-sunflower seed butter?
