my baby is 3 months and up until now she would go down every 1 -1.5 hours- I would swaddle, and give her a paci and she would basically just fall asleep...
this past week, idk whats going on?
she is kvetchier, needs me to seriously rock her to sleep(which I know is not the best thing to do) and I put her down, and she wakes up 15 minutes later!
then the rest of the time were playing this overtired game, id hold her, bounce her, paci, shed fall asleep in my arms, wake up, and repeat.
you think its just a stage? any suggestions??

Three months, growth spurt. This is the age that they generally fall into a schedule. Maybe try to space the naps more.

op here
glad to know were not alone!
funny thing though is that up until now she was on a pretty good schedule...thats why this feels like it came out of no where?
but ya, reading around, I think its just a stage , a growth spurt or something (hopefully!!)
