Keeps getting sick

Since April my 12 yrs. old ds has had Strep 3 times and a virus for a week straight. He has been more or less getting sick once a month. I need him well for school and his Bar mitzvah. How can I boost his immunity? (This last bout of strep, he will be on antibiotics for 14 days instead of 10)
