Ive tried many, but still not one I love.
1. not too pricey
2. needs to have firm tip (to create even line)
3. non smudge, non caking, and waterproof
4. Brown or green color
5. preferably liquid liner (goes on sharp)
appreciate any recommendations!

I haven't tried it but a friends eyeliner looked perfect shabbos day and she said she uses milani 24 hour type eyeliner. Milani is a very inexpensive brand could be found at shoprite.
