I buy the Jello all the time for DH. We looked at the pudding but he says it's too many calories for him.

Jello brand makes a kosher ( obviously not cholov yisroel) sugar free and non fat pudding. it has 60 calories per serving

jello and my-t-fine have sugar free. you have to cook it though. or mix in the cold milk for the instant.
