I want to bring a double city mini gt to israel without bringing kids along. Ive been told that it must be put in a suitcase since if checked in the box can cause tax issues. Will a double stroller fit in a suitcase?? How do other ppl being double strollers without kids?

Post somewhere asking someone with kids to bring it for you. It's helpful to them and you.

It won't fit in a suitcase. And if you don't declare it and try wheeling it thru customs without kids they may very well stop you and slap you with fines plus the customs fee which gets very expensive. Not worth buying it in america if that happens.
It may be simpler for you to just buy it in israel. If it's a regular city mini double it is sold in israel. (The gt is not) and it saves you the hassle.
Best bet is finding someone who cld use it in the airport.
