Prefer a sweet sauce that is easy and tried and true for potato blintzes. (Not mushroom based)
TIA

Onion sauce? saute diced onions, add a bit of onion soup mix or spices. mix some flour with hot water and pour in, then add water and simmer until it thickens

Thanks.
Anyone else?
Really hoping for a sweet sauce maybe with apricot jelly or duck sauce in it?
But something that you have personally made and liked.
Thanks

There's a delicious onion sauce in the Balebuste's choice (2)
It's not sweet and not very healthy, but it's great.
Let me know if you want to see the recipe.
