I promised my boys Rita's for very good behavior over rosh hashana, so we'll be doing that at some point. This is an expensive treat but really kept everyone motivated over the three-day chag, totally worth it.
I also hope to start working on succah decorations. I save loads of 'junk' (bottles and boxes from food, old worn out clothing, wrapping paper and ribbons) and they make the coolest decorations out of it all.
Depending on how the day goes, I may resort to a movie. This really only interests my oldest (my three younder ones ages 6,4, and2 can sit for maybe a half an hour) but having even one kid out of the running for an hour helps.
