Anyone order from them? I got a great quote from them for a stackable washer dryer, but would like to make sure they're easy to deal with, trustworthy, and stand behind their products.
What are other appliance companies I can call? Where can I get the best price?

ms appliances is very helpful, very honest, highly recommended
I bought all my appliances from them when I redid my kitchen.

Where did you ultimately purchase your stackable?
Mine broke down and as it's 25 years old I'm looking at purchasing a new one.

They both deliver to Brooklyn. I don't know if they offer payment plans. I think my friend once purchased at Sears or maybe PC Richards with a payment plan and was happy.

Thanks for this info! I'll look into Sears. PC had only the Frigidaire as a top-load option.

I was over at Sears' web site and saw they only sell their own brand machines. Hm.
Has anyone purchased a Sears/Kenmore stackable and is happy with it? If yes, which model? If not, which model?
I'm feeling somewhat desperate not having a workable washer/dryer :-(

Sorry, MS really messed me up with my washer. When I tried to beg for service, after only 6 months since the purchase date, they refused , said if I don't like it, go to bais din. I had gotten nowhere w the manufacturer, and asked them to help, since it was so new.
Nothing "emmes" about them at all.
