What do each of these therapies treat? I'm looking to get dd evaluated and would like the perimeters so I can separate the 2 and know which of her issues pertain to which form of therapy to help her.

For Peds, PT would address gross motor, walking, climbing, etc. OT would address fine motor, handwriting, social skills, sensory, integrating into classroom, dressing, etc

I’m a PT. Why don’t you get your dd a comprehensive evaluation including PT OT and Speech, if you think she may have issues in more than one area.

Weakness, balance, stamina always tripping and falling are these PT issues?

I would definitely say they are more PT. Balance might be OT, depending on the reason. For children, there is a lot of overlap between the two fields, but a good PT would be able to tell you if you should follow up with an OT as well.
